Having worked with Paul Castle Associates for more than a decade on various projects including their website, various design activities and managing their social media this was the first time they had signed up for an exhibition display design from us. 

At Bubble we have designed and managed many exhibition displays to enable our clients to maximise their presence and, more importantly, create conversation with visitors and capture sales leads.

Here’s what we achieved for Paul Castle Associates

•  Liaised with exhibitors to understand the space PCA had signed up for. The key factor being stand location and how best we could utilise the space to attract visitors
• Researched what would be the most appropriate stand (Exhibition system) for the exhibition and one that could be re-used for other events.
• Design of a 3 x 3 meter exhibition display that had high level messaging and enabled the PCA team to carry out demonstrations.
• Utilisation a large screen to hold live data feeds and a rolling PCA company video looped to enhance the back wall to attract visitors to the stand.
• Lead Generation: Assisted PCA with maximising the event by, arranging meeting with clients (and potential clients) on the show days so they could pitch their new offering and demonstrate new technologies they have embraced. Also to have a follow up process from conversation with visitors to the stand.
• Advised on Social media campaigns for Pre event, while and the show and post event.

In summary, we managed and designed an effective exhibition display for the event that clearly communicated PCA services to their intended audience. Importantly we assisted in the lead generation to maximise the ROI of this event and follow up ones.
